Ingredients
1kg Chicken
500g pork belly
1 bulb of onion thinly cut
5 cloves of garlic chopped
3 pieces laurel levels
5 pcs peppercorn
4 tbspn Apple cider vinegar
5 tbpsn of light soy sauce
½ cup chicken broth (optional)
Method

Wash chicken and pork thoroughly then cut into small portions

Put in a medium size wok or med size pot

Add all the ingredients except the apple cider vinegar

Bring it to boil then simmer for 3o minutes on medium heat

Then slowly mix it then add the apple cider vinegar and let it simmer to low heat for 10-15 minutes to allow the apple cider vinegar to sip in the meat
